Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
To start a return, please email us at feetfixershop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personal care products, clearance items, or customized products, are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
